Cynthia Kravitz' background is in decrypting coded texts—she holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.A. from Columbia University in English Literature, with emphases on deciphering poetry; and she has studied mathematics and physics at Stony Brook University because, like Galileo, Newton considered our Universe itself to exist as a secret, coded text, which was written by God in the language of mathematics.
